Shot on Super 8 and 16mm across the Netherlands, Mexico, and Cuba, Oblique Takes is a film of questions—asked through text, image, and sound. Against the backdrop of global collapse, the work seeks not to represent crisis but to intervene in it. A meditation on what artistic expression can (and cannot) hold.
